Greeters welcome all people – parishioners or visitors, Catholics or non-Catholics – to Mass. They stand outside the church and invite every person to come inside to participate.
 
They should have excellent people-skills and be friendly, cheerful, outgoing, gracious, and – above all else – welcoming to anyone and everyone who comes to St. Cyril & Methodius. They should embody and embrace the word “hospitality.”
